Tanzania Climate Network
The Tanzania Climate Network (TZCN) was founded in February 2024 by a passionate group of climate professionals looking to connect and share knowledge across Tanzania’s market actors in the climate change ecosystem.
TZCN’s initial focus is to bring people together through in-person events and to forge connections across climate actors.
In addition to facilitating networking, TZCN helps to link government and climate actors, contributing to a more enabling environment for climate solutions. TZCN is planning to set up working groups that convene experts on specific topic areas to collate views and feedback and advocate to the government on the voice of the industry, starting with carbon regulations.
